First Inspection / Periodic Inspection / Interim Inspection Consultancy

According to the legislation; The first inspection of Tanks, Portable Tanks, Mobile Explosive Production Unit (MPÜB),Multi-Unit Gas Containers (ÇEGK) and Vacuum Working Waste Tanks can be put into service after each tank first inspection after design approval work.

According to the type of tank during the first inspection;

  1. Hydraulic Pressure Test,
  2. Vacuum Test,
  3. Tightness Test,
  4. Impact Strength Testing,
  5. Determination of heat under heat (HDT),Tank plate marking should be done.

The use of the tank in hazardous material transportation is prohibited by the legislation without interim inspection and periodic inspection. According to the related international agreements, the times vary according to the tank type and are determined as 2.5-3 years and 5-6 years.

Tank Registration and previous inspection certificate will be used during inspection procedures and these documents should be available.

The control and inspection of the tank inside, outside, service equipment, grounding and tank marking with the control of leakage and hydraulic pressure tests are prepared as a result of the report, the tank plate is stamped.

Periodic inspection for Bulk Cargo Containers is done at an interval of 2.5 years. BK 3 flexible containers are allowed for 2 years. For Containers

  1. Stacking Test,
  2. Weather Resistance Test,
  3. Endurance Test of End Walls,
  4. Forklift Pockets Lifting Test,
  5. From top corners, bottom lifting test, Reporting is mandatory.

Each metal / rigid plastic / plastic inner coated composite IBC has to undergo interim inspection and periodic inspection at intervals of 2.5-5 years after it is put into service. IBCs;

  1. Conformity Control to Design Type Including Marking,
  2. Internal and External Status Control,
  3. Uniform Operation of Service Equipment,
  4. Sealing test for every metal, hard plastic and composite IBCs with code 21 and 31.

Reporting is mandatory.

Periodical inspection and test frequencies of pressurized containers and chemicals under pressure should be checked for the packaging instructions of the relevant international Convention. According to a period of 5 to 15 years;

  1. Verification of the conformity of the design standard,
  2. Approval of minimum wall thickness,
  3. Inspection of internal and external conditions of pressure vessels,
  4. Hydraulic pressure test.

Reporting is mandatory.

Within the scope of these examinations, Tulpar Teknik provides technical and administrative support to all necessary works for the adequacy of documents, machinery and equipment and personnel required by the manufacturer, tank owner or operators.
