Bulk Cargo Container (BK1 / BK2) Documents Required for Application to TSE
- Class of dangerous goods to be transported in bulk cargo containers,
- General assembly drawing or drawings, dimensions used for calculations; dimensions of the product, service equipment, structural equipment; detailed drawings, including markings and / or labeling to verify compliance *,
- Calculation notes and results (maximum net mass, capacity, filling amount calculations, wall thickness, etc.),
- Maximum safe working load to be carried,
- Dimensions used for calculations; dimensions of the product, seals / seals / closures; detailed drawings, including the necessary markings and / or labeling to verify compliance;
- If the container is closed by the cover (eg tarpaulin),it must be defined by its dimensions and the attachment method in the covering,
- Engineering drawing showing the construction and dimensions of the body, door and lid (metal or plastic),lifting handle, reinforcement equipment, connections, locks and hinges, welding process, detailed item type and thickness.
